# Trevoya Terms of Service Last updated: March 2026 Welcome to Trevoya. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trevoya mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Trevoya ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. ## 1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. ## 2. Subscriptions & Payments Trevoya offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. ## 5. User Content You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"), including trip plans, collections, and travel notes. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit any User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. ## 6. Intellectual Property The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by Trevoya and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. We do not guarantee the accuracy of flight data, gate information, delay predictions, or any other travel-related information. You should always verify critical travel information with your airline or relevant authority. Trevoya is a travel planning and tracking tool, not a substitute for official airline communications. ## 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trevoya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. ## 10.
